we checked our marks today. i am satisfied with my marks. sometimes, i don’t really understand people. like when you get good marks and you emo, people will think you have high expectations of yourself and become not happy. and if you are very happy, people think you are proud and will become unhappy with you. so how are you suppose to react after you receive your marks so that you do not make others not happy with you?? my conclusion is to remain neutral. yes, perfectly neutral, cause that's the safest way out. maybe some of you will be thinking now why i care so much about what others think of me, yes, maybei am that kind of person, but like i said before, everyone is different right??? actually, in fact i don’t why some people get angry/jealous when others get good marks and even resort to hating them. as in really hating these people-who-did-nothing-wrong-and-got-good-marks-during-exams to the core!!?? i seriously don't understand why???

anyway, moving on to the next topic. so it didn’t rain today, and we went to west coast park as planned. we first had the scavenger hunt and it was fun. actually i already knew the tasks cause i had to ‘approve’ them. but i didn’t cheat hor. cause i did not go search for that 1 cent coin needed in one of the task. anyway, i don’t think i even have a 1 cent coin. anyway, great job iffera and yueling for helping me to organise the game!

and later we had free time and everyone did their own things. i practically stuck with qiuhao during the whole family day outing, and we went to all the obstacles and playgrounds. haha, even though i have been to west coast park a couple of times, but qiuhao is like a tour leader to me. she knows how to play all the stuffs in the park! cause she goes there practically at least once a week! and i finally knew how to get onto the flying fox in west coast park! every time i go to the flying fox, i just can’t seen to get up the flying fox cause it was just so high up and i didn’t have the confidence to jump up, yah, i am very cowardly… but thanks to ling an’s encouragements, i manage to jump up successfully! yay!! i went a couple of rounds too! thanks ling an for helping me ‘regain’ my confidence! :D

oh, and we bought too much chips and too little drinks. haha, and there was quite a lot of ice leftover too. so those who did not bring their bottles were practically dehydrated and drinking from other people’s bottles. we weren’t allowed to go mcdonalds unfortunately. then there was this inter class games which was quite fun. we played this bridge thing and then we had to put as many people as possible onto a newspaper. and there was a few of us who started carrying others on our shoulders. haha, i carried iffera on my back. it was quite hard to get up at first, but soon i got used to her weight. and we had to carry for like a very freaking long time! those people who were the carriers were pink and red in the face. then i was practically numb cause of iffera’s weight. and when everything was over, i couldn't get her down cause my knees refused to bend! haha! but with the help of other classmates, i managed to put her down. and by then i felt so tired as if there was no energy left in my body.

oh, and thanks everybody for cooperating in the family day! :D thanks 1o2!

and we went back to school! on the way back, i passed around the half-eaten packets of chips but very few people ate. oh, thanks cheryl for finishing that lays barbeque packet! and back in class, i was so dead that i didn’t feel like eating or drinking and preferred to just stone.

and then after school dissmisal was french movie! it's called welcome to the sticks, a comedy. and we went to cathay cineleisure i think. and the whole hall was booked for all the third language french students! so cool! the movie is really funny, cause like in different parts of french they have different accent, so went they communicate there may be some problems, and they are really funny. and there is one part where a guy invites two other guys to his house for a drink, and one of the guests refused, saying that they shouldn't have cocktails. the host then said that they will be having coffee. and the guest replied that coffee is okay. and in the bloopers for this scene, the second guest started laughing cause that scene was like a commercial for coffee! haha!!! :D anyway, it was so funny that at the end of the movie, my french teacher laughed so much that she started tearing a little!

oh, and have you seen a golden retriever meeting a german shepherd?? well, i saw one for the first time in my life on the way home. both their owner were chatting with each other and both the dags were very obedient, sitting beside their master. and suddenly the golden retriever moved a little and the german shepherd kind of got agitated and wanted to get up and approach the golden retriever, so did the golden retriever. and their owners commanded to sit and they sat almost immediately. wow! both are so well-trained!

tomorrow is inter class captain ball! hope our class can at least get into the semi-finals! jiayous 1o2!!! :D
