So, so darn irritated and pissed with myself during trainings today. Screw that stupid hamstring. Why do I have to pull it AGAIN, just like last year before CNY peformance. All the splittings, standing and sliding into a split, cartwheeling then splitting, jumping and split, doing it again and again, seem like my tendon/hamstring/whatever you call it couldn't take it.

It's even worse to injure your more flex leg.

Even during kicking, my right leg is ALWAYS WAY better than the left, and today my right could barely lift up 120 degrees. What used to be my favourite jibengong moves, now I couldn't do it cause of the stupid pull. Makes me feel how lousy I am. And kicking the right leg, it involuntarily bend cause of the pull, feeling so so zibei when telling jiaolian I pulled it.

Then batchmates (especially Esther) persuading me to stop doing jibengong and sit down at a side to rest, cause it got to the point where even walking was already hurting. Thanks loads batchies! For the support and encouragement today.

But then again I still feel really, really horrible watching the rest of the batch doing jiti without me. It's like in lower secondary I used to have the i-like-to-slack kind of mindset, but sitting at a side, doing nothing and stretching your leg a bit and it still hurts like shit, it's just pure HORRIBLE.

Really glad with batchies performance especially during the last run-through round. Was a lot more qi! Even jiaolian said there was 默契 and we improved! Yay! (Though I feel like I don't belong to the compliments cause I was just sitting by the side stretching with no avail.)

And LOL the fire alarm went off twice during our trainings. We totally dao-ed it. Someone (Pingghee I think?) went on saying our performance is too hot that's why there's fire alarm LOL.

Jiaolian said something that is so, so true. Sec 1s, we were just newbies, new to the world of wushu and know practically nothing about this sport. Sec 2s, we begin to understand more, but the push to train hard wasn't there yet. Sec 3s, was where everyone started pushing themselves, to train as hard as they can. And finally, Sec 4s, where all of us start to have 默契, improving more, but soon we'll be gone from Nanyang. It's quite 遗憾 to think about it. Like we're all already this far, and not bad already, but after this year's competitions, I guess some of us won't continue with Wushu, it's really sad luh.

HAMSTRING HURRY RECOVER. So I can do all my right splits and kick as high as I could and do buzi without pain. And jiayous NYWS for CNY performance! It's awesome! :D (since I've watched the whole of it thanks to my hamstring xP)
