Just had to blog about the clothes buffet I went to this afternoon with Shichun after HSK (joke Chinese proficiency test lol)!

Went for this:


At first when I reached there Shichun was there queuing already, but we were deliberating whether to drop out of the queue cause the queue wasn't moving and there seems to be not much clothes and there were tonsa people. We were afraid that there was not enough time to stuff stuffs in or there's not enough clothes to our liking to make full use of the 38 bucks we paid for. But somehow we didn't have the guts to get out of the queue and might as well take a risk since this is our first experience.

And no we didn't regret going in at all. (:

The wait wasn't that long honestly, well it didn't feel long though we waited about an hour. And the bag seemed quite small at first haha I was desperately trying to stretch it more vertically and horizontally but kinda failed cause the material was too strong. And Shichun interviewed a few people who have finished buffet-ing how many clothes they got, and most of them got around 7 pieces, which is really not bad already! But little did we knew that we would stuff in a lot more clothes HAHA.

Went in and honestly for the first few minutes everything seemed like a blur, didn't see much stuffs that caught my eyes at first but slowly I started collecting more clothes haha. Clothes were flung everywhere to the floor and every corner had clothes, it was quite chaotic-ly fun to a certain extent haha. Last few minutes were spend grabbing items that weren't that bad and seemed like it could squeeze in nicely.

Oh and you must really roll and compress your clothes when you put it in the bag, especially the first few. Not a good idea to just stuffs and push everything in haha. And even if it seems like it's full already must use your WHOLE BODY WEIGHT to compress the stack of clothes! Thanks to that I managed to stuff in another DENIIM shorts and cropped top! Oh and fill EVERY CORNER WITH CLOTH HAHA!

9 items which included a pair of denim shorts and 3 long tank I'm honestly impressed by how much I could squeeze in. And Shichun stuffed a record-breaking 12 pieces HAHA cos all her clothes are the flimsy light texture kind! We really impressed the guy who passed our bags haha!


Hehe can totally tell the difference in styles of our clothes choice! I'm really glad the shop has diverse kinds of style of clothes! (:

Oh and after the buffet they even allowed us to choose a free hair accessory and gave us a $1 voucher! Although $1 seems small but it's super worth it cause we bought a drink for 20 cents using that voucher after the buffet! Nice way to end the tiring stuffing in of clothes haha!

Went to H&M to see see how nice their clothes were cause so many people are mad over it, and gosh there was a freaking queue which stretched all the way to Zara at Somerset 313. MADNESS! So we decided to walk to Scape to take a look at the flea, and when we were crossing the junction outside H&M to Scape direction, coincidentally a bunch of H&M models were crossing the road towards H&M direction! And we were walking at such a prime location that we walked BETWEEN the 2 rows of models, and there were at least 10 of them omg. THEY WERE LIKE LESS THAN HALF A METRE AWAY FROM US. And they are so tall so shuai so chio gosh! Was totally hyperventilating after it SEEING THEM SO CLOSE IS TOTALLY MORE WORTH IT THAN QUEUING TO ENTER H&M!

Seriously love today! Felt totally high and accomplished all the way back home hehe! Great way to start the holidays hehe! But after this is back to reality and EOYS. T.T
