Presents:
Pingghee (I LOVEEEEE that super sweet and long card. I find it super meaningful when people give longggg birthday cards instead of just a gift! Shows that the person actually took time to think about what to write. Which is just awwww.)
Ellen (Super chio file and notebook! ^^)
Hsiu Yee (This was really an unexpected gift! Touched that even though we aren't THAT close to each other she actually gave me something! Haha Sungkyunkwan Scandal OST and postcard!)
Kaixuan, Jermia, Baoyi, Weihui (First time receiving a necklace for my birthday!! Though the chain is abit short hahaha, but really good choice cause the heart plus quaver is just ingenious!)
Parents (for that awesome Japanese dinner and Cookie and Cream birthday cake!)

This time I didn't receive a super a lot of presents, but I still feel happy! Somehow as I get older I don't really mind not receiving any presents, in fact I prefer it when people surprise me by actually remembering my birthday and wishing me face to face. Especially when I hid my birthday on Facebook on purpose, it's heartening to know that the first few who wished you actually remembers your birthday. Well other than the first few the rest most probably saw on their recent news homepage that XX people wrote on Hilary Lau's wall and they see all the birthday wishes hahaha.

Then on Tuesday (8th March) batchies going to Sogurt to kinda celebrate my birthday was awesome too! Though small but it was nice how they actually planned to go sogurt for my birthday (we NEVER ever did that before!). AND THE FACT THAT I SIMPLY ADORE SOGURT. ^^

Okay graces now. The food was awesome, accomodation was normal, workshops were a bit sian other than the makeup cause it's really hands-on, malay dinner and allegra was FANTASTIC, four oh eight WAS EVEN MORE AWESOME.

I remember stuffing myself with tonsa food in the first day cause it was damn shiok and somehow I was really hungry, and then the size of my second helping started decreasing cause stuffing myself ain't a nice feeling at all! And oh the first morning tea! When we were done with our chee cheong funs, then this person came over and asked if he could help us clear our plates. I was shocked luh! Cause I thought we had to clear them ourselves. Now it's like we're treated as 大小姐, as compared to lower secondary lifeskills camp where we have to WASH our own plates. And the fact that the plates were ceramic kind and not disposable ones really makes the camp an even more grand one.

Was dying during the other two workshops with Kaixuan, especially the second day when I had a really bad flu in the morning cause I slept in aircon room without taking my flu medicine before sleeping. Almost died during lunch and everyone said I look quite sick, but then somehow magically when taking my medicine and having a little nap while waiting for the lunch buffet queue to shorten, and having my meal after that I become much more energized. And then games was AWESOMEEEEE. CLASS WITH HIGHEST NUMBER OF POINTS AND BROKE THE RECORD FOR GRUOP SKIPPING GOSHHHH. Totally high already luh!

Both dinners were awesome, and from this camp I've learnt how to efficiently grab someone to take pictures with me, and efficiently grab someone else to help us take pictures LOL. Cause I realise zipai-ing in these kind of nice nice outfits ain't nice at all. And wearing the SIA costume was cool, cause so many people wanted to take pictures of me HAHA (even a teacher!). Being called 空中小姐, and Mrs Lai jokingly asking me for a glass of orange juice while we were eating and my whole table totally 愣住 cause they don't get her joke was epic win. Glad I brought my court shoes to wear with SIA else if I wore my formal dinner heels I would have died the next day (which would be the formal dinner day).

So formal dinner! Was question-marking at all the cutlery on our tables, especially when they are so squashed together cause ten people are sitting at a table. Food being served course by course ain't good for huge eaters like me, cause I get really hungry after eating a small portion of potato salad. And the main course wasn't that filling luh! But it was yummy! Oh did I mention that I almost died when I entered the ballroom, cause EVERYONE LOOK DAMN CHIO AND GLAM and I felt so out-of-place in comparison to the rest that I wanted to bury a hole and hide myself in it. Was telling someone whoever who stereotypes that Nanyang girls are ugly should enter this ballroom and 大开眼界.

And Miss Grace and Confidence, it's SO DAMN COOL how Limin got the most fun question.. which is which male teacher would you pick in this ballroom as Mr Grace and Confidence. And Haoqing was totally MR KHOO MR KHOO, then Limin went I would pick MR KHOO... and our whole class just went mad!

Then class parade! It's AWESOME how 408 is the last class for parade. Cause if you're the first few or the middle ones, everyone is just more interested in eating their food or taking pictures among themselves, so nobody really pays attention to the parade. But when it was 408's turn, the sides of the red carpet was totally filled with people that I felt like some 明星 LOL. And it's cool how I have a close friend each at the beginning of the red carpet and the end of it. And yeeshin standing halfway through and hi-fiving me whlie I was walking hahaha! Was quite surprised that I didn't fall or sprain my ankle while walking cause we were walking really fast, especially cause the beat of Stronger was fast too! Overall, class parade WAS FRIGGING COOL~

Walking back to chalet WAS HORRIBLE. It's quite funny how when we walk past all the shops other people will turn and look at us cause we were like some sort of walking parade all dressed up and whatnot. Okay that's not the point. The point is OUR CHALET ROOM WAS THE FURTHEST FROM D'MARQUEE and it was FRIGGING RAINING, Yulin and I were totally moaning and groaning while walking. Was so tempted to just walk barefooted but I didn't. Got to the room, took out my heels, started walking barefooted AND IT FELT WEIRDDDD~ Like everything is inclining backwards and your heels are lower than your toes. DAMN FUNNY FEELING and eveyone felt that way too hahaha!

Last day, before we checked out, I totally had to force my chalet roommates to take a chalet picture cause we didn't have one. LOL. And Yulin was totally having that bushuang face in the picture!

Grande finale. Honestly I thought 408 screwed up our performance luh! Especially my army the marching formation was haywired! Really like 406's for their damn cool dance and hilarious plotline, 404 for their super super high energy dance, 414 for their cool mime concept (they really like mime or something? be yourself day also mime!) and I can't remember the rest.

Then montage was COOL, cause dunno why there were quite a lot of pictures of four eight AND during the section of Miss Grace and Confidence whoever who made the montage (we think it's Mr Kaw) PURPOSELY put Mr Khoo's picture right after Limin's! AND the last section of the montage was pictures of the teachers, and MR KHOO was the LAST PICTURE! Our whole class cheered damn crazily at his picture and we were wondering how come his picture stay there for so long THEN WE REALISED he's the last picture!!

ANYWAY FOUR OH EIGHT IS JUST AWESOME, I CAN'T DESCRIBE HOW AWESOME WE ARE. Like seriously, we win practically all the major stuffs in this camp gosh!

Went back to school at noon and kap for lunch with Kaixuan and Weihui, stayed that for quite a while cause we were talking about random stuffs CAUSE we were lazy to move our butts home!

This whole camp felt like some sort of dream that happened real fast! Ahh now back to the harsh, cruel reality.
